There needs to be a National Education so that Education is equal all across the Country. This will not create larger Government (as a matter of fact my plan would cut the size of Education in every State and maintain the same at Federal Level.

I support shurring up Social Security so that it will not become insolvent, and restricting the ability of the Government to borrow from it. With the 20% Consumption Tax, we would still pay into S.S. and be able to increase the amount we pay into it for a higher payout when we retire.
